SHIPPING & HANDLING COST & TIME

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous US on orders of $60.00 or more. Orders less than $60 has a flat fee of $8.99

All shipping charges include processing, packaging and transportation.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed. With the possible exception of shipments during sales and special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations. During these times, there is an increased processing and shipping timeframe.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 1-7 business days to arrive depending on the destination being shipped. Sunday deliveries are subject to UPS standard terms. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen packages
after delivery. Please reach out directly to the courier for such issues. Packages that are lost during transit and were never delivered (exceptions apply) will be re-shipped. Please contact us immediately with this issue as it’s time sensitive.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost or mis-delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer and these won’t receive re-shipments or refunds. Contact the shipping carrier to see if they can help track and re-route that package.

We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

DAMAGED PACAKGES

In the case of damages, missing items or incorrect items received, we require a photo or photos depicting the issue. We recommend emailing this information along with your order number to hello@themeimet.com for replacement shipments. If you do not provide a photo that clearly shows the issue, we reserve the right to deny your return or refund. 

WHEN DO WE SHIP

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipping during the weekends or holidays. Our warehouse is closed during major holidays and on the weekend.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States plus the District of Columbia. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPOs at this time. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time nor do we ship to freight forwarders’ addresses. Any orders completed using a freight forwarder is not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason. We do not have control over the conditions with which freight forwarders ship our products and are not able to guarantee their condition upon arrival. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping internationally or to a freight forwarder. 

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

The Me I Met accepts returns on regularly priced items for any reason within 21 days of your original purchase date. Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise and that some products will require an additional handling fee. All sample sets and individual samples are final sale.

Due to the flammable nature of fragrances, our Eau de Parfum and fragrance oils are designated as hazardous goods and require special care and disposal when returned. In order to allow returns on these items, we will be charging a hazardous goods disposal fee on the return of these items in addition to the cost of shipping. Return Handling fees will be calculated as the Price of the Shipping Label (noted below as "Shipping") plus the hazardous goods disposal fees. 
Handling Fees are determined by item and include the following:
- Shipping + $10 for 50ml Eau De Parfum
- Shipping + $5 for Travel Size Eau De Parfum or Fragrance Oil
- Shipping + $15 In the case of a return exception for sets or bundles

We regret that, unless a shipping error was made by themeimet.com, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs.  We are unable to accept returns COD.

Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping. 

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product. We do not cover the cost of shipping back the product unless the exchange is due to a qualifying damage or warehouse error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from themeimet.com. Products purchased from other retailers or other e-commerce sites may not be returned to themeimet.com.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
There is a very short window to cancel an order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.  Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or if it has already been processed for shipping. This is because your order probably has already shipped or has been sent to the warehouse.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order that has been placed. If you've forgotten something and want to add it to your order or need to swap products, unfortunately we're not able to do so. You'll have to cancel your existing order and place another. Please email hello@themeimet.com to cancel your existing order. 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

To return your product, please email us at hello@themeimet.com. Once your return is approved, you will be provided a return label. Please note the cost of the return label plus any applicable disposal fees will be deducted from your refund amount and listed as "handling fee".

Your return should be in its original packaging and original shipping box (if available).  Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.

TIME TO RETURN

If you process your return within 21 days from the date of purchase and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus the original shipping costs and return shipping & handling fees. However, if more than 21 days have passed since your original purchase date, returns are no longer accepted.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. 

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it after one full billing cycle on your credit card statement, we suggest you contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or it may be in process.

SALE ITEMS

All discontinued and markdown items that are a part of the farewell sales are final sale. Discounted gift sets are eligible for return, but must include all items within the set. The determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of themeimet.com.

RETURNED GIFTS

If you received product as a gift and the product was marked as a gift by the purchaser and shipped directly to you, you will receive a product credit for the value of your return. We do require an order ID or proof of purchase from our website in order to issue that credit. We recommend you ask for the order ID or have the purchaser's email address available at the time of your request. All other return policies apply. Gifts may not be exchanged for a cash refund. Product credit may not be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold and can only be used at this Site. Merchandise credit will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
